You'll depart from Jerusalem and travel through south Jerusalem to Beit Sahour, a suburb of Bethlehem where the guide will be picked up. Like most Palestinians he does not have a permit to enter Jerusalem. From Beit Sahour the group will continue south past the Israeli settlement of Efrata and into the Gush Etzion Block. This is one of the most fertile regions of the West Bank, and you'll see many Palestinian farms and villages.

Hebron will be entered from the north side of the city, and after the van is parked the group will walk through the Old City where many of the shops are closed due to the difficult access for local residents, and the presence of Israeli settlers.

You'll visit the main cultural and religious sites of two cities. This tour of Hebron and Bethlehem is a cultural experience with a guide who was born and raised in Bethlehem. You'll benefit from his personal connections with the residents of Hebron and his wide-ranging knowledge of local culture and the impact of the Occupation on daily life. You'll spend the morning in Hebron and after lunch continue to Bethlehem for the afternoon.
